A high school girl secretly dates the star quarterback, but he refuses to make their relationship public. When he starts openly flirting with the head cheerleader, she must decide whether to keep hiding or fight for the truth.
No one knew I'd been dating Chase Morgan, the star quarterback, for two whole years. After the football game, I walked up to him with his favorite functional drink. At the same time, Avery, the cheerleading captain, handed him a random bottle of Chase ignored me, took Avery's water, and downed it in one go.
Seeing me standing there awkwardly, Jackson, the team captain, took the bottle from my hand to save If Chase doesn't want it, I'll take it. I'm dying of thirst after the game. But Chase snatched it from his hand and tossed it straight into the trash. That was Chase, always doing whatever he wanted.
He never cared about embarrassing me. Never cared what other people thought of me. He didn't even glance up to see the hurt on my face. At that moment, I suddenly understood.
A relationship that couldn't be made public didn't need to continue. That was too much, Chase. Quinn gave that to me. Who the hell are you to throw it in the trash?
Chase has a bad temper. Just ignore him. then he bent down and pulled the bottle right back out of the trash don't drink that it's dirty now jackson twisted the cap off and took a sip anyway
it's fine the seal wasn't broken still clean how do you know it wasn't open you trust her that much what if she slipped something to mess with you wait did quinn actually pull that on chase
